PAPAYA FILLED WITH COCONUT YOGHURT: EASY LUNCH IDEA

Today is #FoodShareFriday, which means that I am going to share another recipe/idea with you. Today is a very easy lunch idea: papaya filled with coconut yoghurt. It is so easy but sweet like a dessert.

Papaya is super sweet, soft fruit. I only discovered it recently, but now eat them daily. I came up with the idea of filling half of the papaya and have made the tastiest creations. Today I share one of the options you can make with papaya: papaya filled with coconut yogurt.

What you need

The only thing you need is:
half a papaya
coconut yoghurt
any toppings you like, i used: blueberries, buckwheat, mixed seeds and coconut flakes

How to make it

The only thing you need to do is:
1. Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds.
2. Fill it with coconut yoghurt.
3. Add the toppings

That’s all! You can scoop out the papaya with a spoon. Super fresh and delicious. Perfect now that it is getting warmer and we have some sunny days ahead of us (in most parts of the world at least…).
